Important: Coaching vs. Medical / Mental Health Services
Susmita Ghosh is a certified mindset coach operating under the International Coaching Federation's guidelines and methodology. She is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, and coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
A basic mental health assessment is conducted as part of the coaching intake process solely to determine whether you are in a stable condition to receive and benefit from coaching services — this is not a clinical diagnosis and will not be shared with any healthcare provider.
🩺 Non-Clinical Assessment Clause: Any intake or readiness assessment conducted is strictly non-clinical in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or evaluate any medical or psychological condition.
🚫 No Third-Party Reliance: The Client agrees that no third party shall rely on any information provided through coaching services or intake assessments for clinical or professional decision-making.
Coaching Agreements & Paperwork
Your coaching journey begins with a free 45–60 minute Discovery Call. If we both agree to move forward with a paid coaching engagement, you will be required to complete and sign a coaching agreement and related paperwork.
- All agreements and documents are shared exclusively with you via secure email
- These documents will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances
- Agreements outline the terms of the coaching relationship, confidentiality obligations, and mutual expectations
- You must complete all required paperwork before paid coaching sessions commence
✍️ Electronic Signatures & Document Storage: The Client acknowledges that electronic acceptance, signatures, and email confirmation constitute legally binding consent under applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. E-SIGN Act. All coaching-related documents are stored securely using password-protected digital systems and are accessible only to authorized personnel.
Testimonials & Feedback
After your coaching sessions are completed, we may invite you to share your experience and feedback. Your feedback helps us improve our services and may be used as a testimonial on our website or marketing materials.
- Your name and photo will only be published alongside a testimonial with your explicit written permission
- If you prefer not to share your name or photo, your testimonial will be published anonymously
- Your email address will never be published or shared with others in connection with testimonials
- You may withdraw your consent for a published testimonial at any time by contacting us
✏️ Editing & Withdrawal: Testimonials may be lightly edited for clarity, grammar, or formatting without altering the original meaning. Requests to withdraw consent for published testimonials will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of written notice.

Marketing communications are sent based on the Client's consent and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting service-related communications.
Scheduling via Calendly
We use Calendly, a trusted and widely-used scheduling platform, to manage bookings for your free discovery call and all subsequent coaching sessions.
- When you schedule through Calendly, your name and email address are collected by Calendly's platform
- This data is governed by Calendly's own Privacy Policy, not solely by this policy
- We use the information collected via Calendly only to confirm and manage your appointments
🌐 Third-Party Data Processing: By using scheduling services, the Client acknowledges that personal data may be processed and stored by third-party providers outside their jurisdiction, subject to those providers' privacy policies.

Children's Privacy (Ages 10–12)
For Minors enrolling in our Child Coaching Program, we take additional care to protect the privacy of the child and their parents. Child-focused coaching is dedicated entirely to the child; however, each session is conducted in the presence of one or both parents, or a legal guardian.
- Child coaching sessions are focused entirely on the child — each session is conducted with one or both parents, or a legal guardian present at all times
- A Minor Coaching Intake Form is collected securely via email and includes questions about the child's goals, interests, and areas for personal growth
- Parent or legal guardian contact information is collected as part of the intake process
- No child's personal information will ever be published, shared, or used for marketing purposes
